As a huge Partizan fan, I probably watch 99% of Partizan basketball games, if not live then on TV. I remember watching this on a TV with my dad (who is also a huge Partizan fan). I was so disappointed after Bojan made the shot, that I wanted to leave the living room, but for some odd reason my dad didn't stop believing in Partizan and he literally forced me to stay and watch till the end of the game and DANG that historic moment happened! I'm so glad I didn't miss it, I was dying of happiness!

One of my first memories as a kid was my grandfather introducing me to basketball and his love for the SA Spurs once my family returned to the US (I was born overseas due to a military family). After my Gramps passed away a couple of years ago, I couldn't watch basketball without it being too painful without him in my life. Back in the day I kinda had something like this happen to me where in the 2019 NL Wild Card the Nationals during their championship run were playing the Brewers. It was the eighth inning and I decided to leave because they were down by 2. The moment I get in the car I hear on the radio Juan Soto made a big hit and ironically it was very close to where I was sitting in the stands. Eventually they went on to win the world series.

I was at the game in the early 2000's where Tampa Bay was up by 14 over the Jets with about 2:40 left on the clock. People had been leaving but when the Jets called a timeout a huge number still there got up and started to leave. Needless to say, the Jets scored 17 points in the last 2:00 minutes or so. Those that left must have been confused when they heard later that Tampa Bay had lost. :)

I saw the shot in slow motion... The timer on the TV broadcast ended about .01 or .02 BEFORE the official game clock on top of the basket. If we go by the clock on the court, the ball left his hand with literally .01 remaining. I would call the shot good.

I have been a lifelong SF Giants fan. I remember a game where my girlfriend and I had been fighting prior to the game, so we weren't in a great mood anyway. The seats we had were lousy and it was a particularly cold summer day in SF. By the 3rd inning the Giants were down 10-0 and we bailed. On our way out, a guy said "I'm glad you're leaving, because you are going to make them come back and win this game and you'll miss it." Sure enough, walked home, put the TV on and they had come back and tied it by the 6th. Eventually they won.

Should do a vid about teams celebrating too early. I remember the 2011 Heat Vs Mavs finals. it was game 4. The heat had built up about a 20 point lead. Winning that game would have put them up 3-1. After Miami thought what they had was an insurmountable lead, Dallas called a timeout and D. Wade and Lebron were banging their chests and acting like they just won the whole thing. I've never seen D. Wade exhibit such Bravado. They blew that lead, lost that game, and didn't win another game (lost the next 2 games). I always thought that it was the celebration that motivated Dirk and the Mavs, because after that the Heat had nothing for them.
