Bac C give me some science fact about MSG is bad for your health, I will give you the same amount of fact that your traditional salt are worst than MSG for your health or may be science is too much for, so just accept one fact I tell you. They created MSG to decrease the usage of traditional salt (NaCl) for food, also for health reason. So it's actually healthier to use MSG than using traditional salt. I keep using the term "traditional salt" for your daily salt, because MSG is actually a kind salt too.., a better kind of salt than NaCl. It's effectiveness in enhance the flavors in a tiny amount would decrease the usage of salt, or in a better situation you could even make food without traditional salt addition anymore. Because MSG is a salt too, and it's more effective than NaCl, has higher solubility in water compare to NaCl (it means, the possibility for MSG to be accumulated in your body is much lower than NaCl. And since it has a better effective usage, you don't even need to use it very much. only a tiny bit of MSG could enhance your tongue sensitivity in tasting flavor. that's why you don't need to afraid for over doses of MSG which actually safer than a traditional salt (NaCl) They create MSG for healthy reason too. and I know for sure you don't even have any basic logic nor a basic science information as to why you should avoid using MSG.

There are plenty of study’s to show that too much of any neurotoxin is bad for your brain. So that leads to suggest if you had a takeaway for breakfast lunch and dinner, you will have a surplus amount which can obviously alter brain chemistry. It’s the same with water. Drink in excess of 12 litres a day and it can start to deteriorate your brain. As you say, insane quantities which you wouldn’t eat so it is ins effect harmless

It's FDA approved, approved by the WHO and other food, health and safety orgs. There was a study in 1995 that debunked all the silly myths about MSG. And the only studies that were producing results showing MSG was causing negative symptoms in subjects, were using INSANE quantities of MSG. For 4 servings of food you are recommended to add 1/8-1/4 of a teaspoon, and these studies were adding 6 tablespoons to their subjects 1 -2 servings meals. So anyways. The evidence is there. But yes please link a study proving that it alters brain chemistry...lmao
