I bought the eufy robovac a few days ago and I love it, cleans our 500 sqft place in about 30 minutes. It doesn't have a lot of fancier features but it won't fall down stairs and it navigates our complicated setup quite well. At $119 it is practically a steal, buy one for every floor of your house.

Just a side note, the memory is upgradable to 16GB. You can either do it at the time of purchase for an $80 charge or you can do it at a later time by adding another 8GB RAM memory card to it. My family got that $30 tree from Target! The tree is decent for the price, though it does not feel as "full" as it looks in pictures--kinda feels like less branches that it seems.
