Welcome to the Heavy Spoilers show I'm your host Paul and this video we're breaking down the brand new Last Of Us Trailer released at the end of Episode 1. This gives us a lot of insight at what's coming in Episode 2 and the weeks ahead and throughout this video we're gonna be talking about the characters, easter eggs and what we think will happen due to what happens in the game.

Because of this there will probably be some spoilers here so if you don't want to know anything then I highly suggest that you turn off now.If you enjoy the video then pleas smash the thumbs up button and don't forget to subscribe for breakdowns on the show every week. With that out the way, thanks for clicking this, now let's get into The Last Of Us trailer.

Now episode 1 ended with the group heading out into Boston and we got the shot of the iconic twin skyscrapers from the game. This is probably the next stop and I imagine that episode 2 will centre around them heading out into the city like what they do in the game. Their first stop was these skyscrapers which we see later on except this time its in daylight. In the game you found that the road to the state building had been destroyed and thus had to climb up the left one of these before ascending into the right. Here you ran into clickers for the first time after discovering one attached to the wall and you made your way into the basement before popping up on the other side.

Huge shoutouts to everyone on our last video for pointing out that there was actually a glimpse at one on the rooftop in the storm which I missed so call the video everything I missed and hit the thumbs down if you don't mind.

Anyway they did some really cool things with the physics in the skyscrapers, especially the one at an angle and I can't wait to see this brought into the show. The skyscrapers look so good in the trailer and they're one of the most iconic landmarks in the game.

@Donald McBride overacting? She was hyperventilating which is very common when you're bleeding and in severe pain. There was a moment when she squealed in pain when Joel tried to picked her up, which was caused by a sudden shot of pain when you try to move a person with an open wound. She nailed the death scene.

Small correction. Joel, Ellie, and Tess are going to a museum for the American Revolution (or as you'd call it, the American War For Independence). The US Civil War was mainly fought in Mid-West, Southern states like Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia, Missouri. It did make its way to the North in places like Pennsylvania, but not as far north as Massachusetts.

Regarding the ASL used, the boy who’s portraying Sam is actually Deaf. It also makes sense they would use sign language to keep quiet in a world where sound could draw in enemies, like you pointed out. Unfortunately the clip of Henry signing is so brief I can’t tell what he’s saying, it looks like fingerspelling. As an ASL interpreter, the representation makes me very happy and I can’t wait to pour over every sign used and see some of the other characters maybe learning a bit to communicate with him. 😊

I like that they’ve added sign language being showing between Sam and Henry. I’m pretty sure the actor playing Sam is deaf in real life. I do like what you said about using sign language to stay quiet and undetected while being surrounded by hunters. If sams character is deaf in the show it will make it even more sad. A child born into the apocalypse not having that safety of sound must be scary. Running from hunters is one thing but having infected as a new threat once there out of the QZ must be even more scary. He’s at a disadvantage against the infected that rely on hearing in the later stages of infection. Poor bby

Weird thing to focus on, I know, BUT, I also thought that scene was from the lqst episode but his hair and beard don't have any white on them. Back when "The Wolverine" came out people hated the movie because at the end of the movie it got too "comicbooky" i would sayd that movie was always amazing and aged beautifully because of all the wild shit we see in all the new movies nowadays... the last of us is a perfect example of that , its a fucking masterpiece except everyone loves it but if it wer to have came out in a different time back when the walking dead was first starting to hit alot of people would be talking shit saying its a copy but in my opinion thats far from the case , I LOVE THIS SHOW and thank god it came out after velma i was worried that bullshit show was going to kill hbo max 😂
