They actually just changed from the police enforcing street vendor laws, to some agency for food and consumer affairs, and also increased the amount of permits by 4000, first time in decades. I rmbr them ticketing and harassing these guys all summer with there covid 19 restrictions and commie mask wearing and curfews. With all the dems in charge of our city and state now ( im talking about NY btw lol) we wont know if these were good decisions made...sounds good but theres always some hidden agenda =0
