Just discovered a new Japanese Yakiniku Restaurant with great value. It might be on the slightly expensive side (but not super expensive), but considering you are getting imported Japanese Waygu beef it is great value. More importantly though every single cut of beef I tried was super tender, even the cheapest one, and unlike some other places with Waygu beef where the meat would be too fatty, the cuts here have just the perfect combination of tenderness and marbling.
