I love this guys channel, but sometimes I want him to just have one good, solid car instead of 10 kind of broken ones LOL

re: Firebird idle. On my LB9 and L98 TPI cars there's a single wire connector that handles the timing advance back by the passenger side firewall. You disconnect it in order to check the base timing, then reconnect for normal driving and the computer handles it from there. I've forgotten to re-attach that before and get similarly poo-like results. Never had a TBI F-body, and I'm no expert so YMMV.

The 91 Firebird is the reason I watch this channel

Sounds like you should verify that the timing chain doesn't have slack in it. I know the early tbi models were weird wiring gremlins just from the get go, but doing all of that, and your tiking is aitll all over the place, you might need a new chain.

I love this channel. That S10 Blazer project is what got me hooked on your videos in the first place, and I'll continue to watch all the videos that you put out

It honestly blows my mind that you don’t have like 500k or 1 million subscribers. You definitely deserve it your videos are so well made and I love watching them

I can’t wait to see the 454 in the 78 firebird! Will the trans be able to hold the power from it or do you plan on upgrading that too ?

If the TBI fails on the 91, you should swap it with a Gen 2 LT1. Plug-in conversion harnesses are readily available, they make good power, and it's something different than an LS swap.

Idea for the lightbar in the bed of the Silverado, something to make it unique, yet still keep the look of the bar: Modify the uprights to be dual exhaust stacks. Would be a good welding challenge for ya, since we all know you love practicing your welding.

Don't think anyone says this a lot but thank you for spending the time you do on making and especially editing these videos for us random car nerds on the internet, though, do remember to take a break! Hope the editing isn't too stressful and these cars give you less problems! Look forward to seeing future videos!
