I was hunting for a shiny iron valiant while watching(well, listening to) you hunt for the revavroom in the mass outbreak. You found it, and then about 30 min later I found my iron valiant. Thank you for keeping me somewhat sane during the hunt
the fact that a lot of these hunts were kind of similar to some of my experiences with the random encounter teddiursa, finding a shiny houndoom before finding a shiny roaring moon (in my case iron valiant) and also that iron valiant having a mark

While I was watching this I was playing my nuzlock run of Scarlet, and as I looked up from your video a shiny Phanphy was in front of me. I had to do a double take but it was shiny. My second of these games. My first was Dunsparce. Wasn't even hunting for them
Everyone, please be aware that running from shinies is fine in singleplayer, but in multiplayer it WILL despawn. I found a second shiny makuhita in my friends game, went for the encounter and then said, “hey wait I’ve got this one already, you come catch it” and when I ran from it the thing despawned.
Dam I can't imagine me saying to my past self “ you can get about a shiny an hour in the new games “ I remember playing the old games and being happy with one shiny that took me 20 hours to hunt lol.
My first shiny fail was having a shiny lucario despawn in front of me. The lucario was running (naruto sytle) away from me as I was riding miraidon towards it. I had absoluetly no time to save before it de-spawned. Depression followed

My first shiny was a 1/4096 Maschiff. 30 minutes into the game. Second was a 1/4096 or so Shroodle I accidently ran into while looking for Dex completion stuff. I really don't think Shiny Herbs and Shiny Charm are needed this generation...
Watched this vid while being bummed about my lack of Scarlet shinies, immediately got a shiny Greavard afterwards. Subbed after catching it then got a shiny Girafarig not too long later
It would be nice to have something for color blind people and people with visual impairments in general but that’d be too nice and convenient and all the non color blind folks will complain about an indicator for shiny Pokémon
The best part was when he was tricked by that one guy who used their game to find a shiny, screenshot it, have it in an area he had been in and then post it to John, the effort he put in just to instantly be discovered and John laughing at him. Mad respects to him.

immediately after u got the gible, i fired up my own game, started hunting and proceeded withing 5 minutes of play to get a full odds shiny gible. thats just how it is, if u subscribe to pm7. u get shinies fr.
When I was playing Pokémon Violet, right after I completed the main story, I wanted to see the places I haven’t seen yet, so when I went to go find an iron valiant, but accidentally found a full odds shiny Sneasel instead. Then the very next morning I was just aimlessly roaming around and found another full odds shiny Arcanine. Then legit only a few hours later, I wanted to go get a frigibax, but I found a shiny Glalie instead! My friend was super ticked that I found 3 full odd shinies all less than 24 hours from each other.
I started to fill the dex right after the credits, and I've now found 6 shinies, two of which were back-to-back Snorunt within *TWENTY MINUTES* of each other.
We've been waiting for this moment for years, but it feels like the first episodes only came out yesterday, time flew by very quickly. I can't even imagine how much effort and love was put into this project. I was glad to catch the beginning of this story and all its development. I have no words to describe all the admiration and respect I have for the author.
I found a shinny lombrey day one of me getting the game so all I can say is subbing to pm7 is so worth it I mean good content and more shinnys it's a win win
In all fairness, if gamefreak had added the shiny sparkle for when they spawn (which isn't in the game for some godforsaken reason) he wouldn't have missed so many shinies.
