Danny, I have a bet for you! I bet you $1 million dollars that I can stop a hurricane or change its direction. Want to make history? By the way this is not a joke.
If I was one of the people who would always call Danny the town trouble maker and hate everything he did my whole perspective of him would be changed right now prayers to everyone in down there
That was tough to see. My mom died in October and coming home to Englewood was absolutely shocking. But the people of Englewood are a rare breed and will end up better than before the storm.
i don’t watch this guy ever, but seeing him try his hardest to use his platform, toys, and connections to relieve some of the pain and suffering down there really shined a bright light. thanks danny.
So heartbroken for our little town 🥺💔 You have so much good in you, that doesn't go unnoticed. What you do for our hometown, even prior to Ian, is so genuine and wholesome.
As an englewood firefighter, thanks for coming out and helping Danny. It was a crazy couple days for Englewood. We will recover though, and thanks for sheltering our old fire engine. #EnglewoodStrong
@Im Beautiful why does it matter less tax money spent people like you make no sense probably cry about taxes in the first place but then you complain when the city doesn't spend your money on something dumb like housing an old fire truck now the money can goto helping people that need it especially now be more open minded the world becomes a better place when you can actually see good not just bad
@BEN funny because i partially grew up in englewood and hes loved there, hes saved most of the property from being bought out and turned into more businesses, and donated large amounts of money to all the local charities, etc you would understand if you live in punta gorda or englewood
I feel this video Danny, I am from Sarasota and a lot of my friends live in North Port, Port Charlotte and Engelwood. Its unfortunate that it turnned suddenly and hit us hard. I've been helping as much as I can around town and south. I hope this gets a lot more traction.
Thank you for all you do and ever have done. From cleaning up after simple pranks to helping those in need and showing everyone the aftermath. If anything rocks, it's you. 🥰
Danny your such an amazing person for doing this man, going back all the way to your hometown and all that dedication to help the people who are in need the most. your truly a blessing.
love that his first reaction was to go back home and help. Danny is such a genuine guy. He seems like a massive jokester but he's always watching out for those he can help
That’s so sad my thoughts and prayers go out to your family in the millions of other people in Florida and your town who were affected by the hurricane Keep up the good work
I love that his first reaction was to go back home and help. Danny is such a genuine guy. He seems like a massive jokester but he's always watching out for those he can help. Edit: What the heck happened here to get to 3k? Thanks for showing how much yall also like how real Danny. A lot of people show support by donating money, which helps a ton, but him going in person and delivering water/goods is so much more than most people would do if they weren't in the area.
this is great! there are always some people heckling and annoying him in his hometown but then when something happens he comes to the rescue. what a kind and generous guy
Love this video so much ❤ Love from Germany we are with you 🇩🇪 ! Last year in NRW we had also catastrophic storms so many people lost their homes. it’s so great to see that there are good people like danny who use their range to help ❤
I love that his first reaction was to go back home and help. Danny is such a genuine guy. He seems like a massive jokester but he's always watching out for those he can help.
You're the best Danny you're always thinking about everybody before yourself thank you so much for being such a good person Danny wanting to help the whole world
As an englewood firefighter, thanks for coming out and helping Danny. It was a crazy couple days for Englewood. We will recover though, and thanks for sheltering our old fire engine. #EnglewoodStrong
@Privileged White Male and wtf are you doing to help? You have a flag of racist traitors to this country as your profile picture, you aren't a good person either lmao
Hey Danny, I live right down River Road right into North Port. Thank you for highlighting the area. I don't know how we're ever going to rebuild. The media is slowly going away, and soon people will forget about us. Thank you for all that you do.
I live in fort myers south of englewood and we also got hit pretty bad and lots of families lost everything:( it was not supposed to be this bad and to see people from across the country here to help us rebuild and get somewhat normal lives back is just amazing❤️ definitely shows what we can do if we all come together.
Dude I was there with our restoration company doin demo work! It’s sad to see in person but I got to say man the people we helped out at the sanctuary were the most hospitable and high spirited people we met! They’re condos we’re destroyed and they still had a smile on their faces and would joke and laugh with us! I’m glad we got the opportunity to work in your home town!
Thank you so much for helping out , I’ve lived in Englewood since 89’ and have never seen such devastation. This storm made charley look like a bi$&h . #englewoodstrong
Puts things into perspective when you see the aerial view ... Danny could literally spend every dime to his name and if wouldn't even put a tiny dent into the overall damage that these people experienced.
Danny you should make a “Who’s dog is this?” T-shirt and put the funds towards relief. We’d all buy them! Glad to see you helping out, prayers to everyone affected by this ❤
Danny I've been watching your videos for years now... and I really think this is the most beautiful and touching video you've ever made... Love you guys thank you.
I send my prayers to all the families I’m out on the east coast of Florida and it’s just scary to think about this shit can happen to anybody I appreciate you Danny and I know others appreciate you too
U must to believe in our Lord. Doomsday is on the horizon. Believe Jesus is the Son of God. Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord. Read the Bible.
Yeah, it's mainly kcougars like that married woman at 6:29 coming together with younger men like Danny Duncan, firefighters, or Coast Guard doing doing good samaritan deeds
I live in Port Charlotte so same county and god just amazing danny to see you come back home and help out in your town and use what you have to help others. Just amazing dude. I hope your doing well and your family is ok. I am glad that someone like you represents out town. All the dumb funny things you do is also a good things because it helps us laugh it helps people get through another hard day. Thanks for everything you do and everything you did on this day.
This is heartwarming Danny. Your doing gods work. I live inland Canada and was way out of the way not effected by this at all. But to see people so thankful in these hard times is exactly what I needed today, made me realize I need to cherish the good moments. You never know when your world might just fall apart.
Yo bro thank you so much for all you do you inspire hella people like my self I’m so glad You got to take care of those people we need more people like this ! 🙏🙏🙏🙏💯💯💯
Great work Danny. This video was the first that I have seen of Englewood after the hurricane. I grew up in Englewood and my parents still live there. Thank you for doing what you do.
From Louisiana, you know we get it too. So glad they have you to help in need. Surviving Katrina and the past few hurricanes that have hurt us, thank you for loving your town.
My heart goes out to all affected. For the longest time I never understood why someone would live in places where natural disasters occurred frequently. But now that I’m older I get it. Makes me so sad seeing so many people affected. For many years my dad has gone out with a group of people and would literally fly across the state to go help hurricane relief. Thank you Danny for everything you do.
Papa Jim is definitely watching over danny, he protected all of dannys hard earned building/property as a thank you for making his last years his best. Hope everyone recovers thank you danny for helping everyone including all of us here on TRvid ❤
Dude, hate this for your home, your family, friends, and you. Love how you just pulled out all the stops finding guys with helicopters, airboats, and lifted diesel truck with a tracked Hummer. What a guy. Danny, you really are a great guy who genuinely cares.
Awesome job dude. Very proud of you guys. People have their opinions about you brother but you’re actually one of the best dudes out there and would take the shirt off your back to help others. Keep doing what you’re doing and never forget where you came from dude. Awesome job guys.
Some of the things he does annoy me but I always had a feeling that he was a genuine dude and has a good heart. That's why I subscribed to his channel and keep watching every video he puts out. This video just confirms it for me. He's a really good dude. 👍
I can honestly say I never in a million years thought that a Danny Duncan video could bring me to tears. Holy hell guys, hang in there and keep doing good.
This is the one time you have been unable to help everybody but you are still trying. If only everybody had a platform like you and we could spread the word. We thank you for all you’ve tried to do
i lost it when that lady got emotional about her home. we went through michael and we had the exact experience. it’s a feeling i would never wish on anyone
This is the moment when i realized I've definitely got to be an empath..causeni cried so hard watching this..I could feel all the sadness of ppl loosing their homes..glad you were able to help.
danny I remember you from high school. a year or two behind me and I applaud you for helping out! I have been sending what I can afford to friends to help so thank you for helping the town.
I found that my grandmother, sister, and nieces are alright. Brian and his family are some of the best people that I have ever knew in my life growing up in Englewood. This video made me cry having grown up in Englewood,
