I actually think the zero point had enough of the herald and blew her up to save everyone who was still "Alive" and return the fragments from the chrome that took over .. basically the Zero Point had to reforge and return a new island to simply give us a home. Theory but I think it makes sense why it blew up.
The herald destroyed the island but survived because if you look at the tree or visit the reality tree in game there’s a hole in the tree where she broke out and the wooden herald on the tree isn’t actually her
These new season events don't hit the same anymore, we need similar ones from the old seasons. A huge build up no interacting stuff just watching things happen would be alot better
The real problem is that it's just getting old. They have done everything. In the past it was just mystery for the sake of mystery but it never REALLY built up to anything, just the next mystery.
I LOVE the concept of the live event, about using US to rebuild the island to continue on the Chapter 4. I loved the idea behind it. But, the process of it was just very boring, as it was the same Fetch and Grab quests for about half an hour! The first and last two minutes were better than the whole event...sorry to disappoint. I tried to have fun, but couldn't. I really hope the new Chapter 4 Fortnite map will be cool at least. See you guys there!
Its called the Reality Tree cause that's what makes the chapter 3 map alive but with it connected to the ground (by the chrome) to be part of everything its gonna break everything so there's gonna be NOTHING left.
What we could've got: An epic boss fight with the Chrome Queen person (idk the name, i havent played since chapter 3 season 1) where we get given epic weapons to fight her to lower her health. After that, she does the thing she did in the cutscene but luckily, our player gets saved by the Seven and then we do a S M A L L Portion of the quest thingy. Then the event continues just like what happens with the Island being Completed. But no. What we got: A GODMAN RPG FETCH QUEST.
I just got home and I went on and didn't let me see the live event then went on TRvid and Ali-A thank you for see the event and put it on TRvid thank you ali-A you the best thanks
It crashed my friends and they couldn’t get back on the game. It let me finish but the event was extremely disappointing. i spent 40 minutes collecting orbs… um. at least we got an entirely different map. i’m excited to see the battle pass.
Bro, I got kicked out during the Cinematic! I had to jump back in and I was able to play in the reforging section, but honestly I just wasn't sure what was going on and it was kind of boring. They had so much potential with the cinematic alone. Like, let us play that instead! Definitely an L Event and they hyped it up so much! I'll probably still upload my Reaction, but here's hoping the next one is better... 😞
@1400 USSR people hated chapter 2 also. Yall just hate everything. They could make chapter 4 identical to chapter 1 and yall would still find something to complain about
