Let's make soft homemade bread!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
250 ml of warm milk.
30 g of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
1 tablespoon of sour cream.
Pinch of salt.
100 ml of vegetable oil.
500 g of flour.
Knead the dough.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
200 g of cottage cheese.
1 tablespoon of starch.
3 tablespoons of flour.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
50 g of butter.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a small circle.
Add the curd filling.
Collapse as I show in the video.
We spread them in a 26 cm mold lined with baking paper.
Repeat after me.
Cover with cling film and a towel for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk add 2 tablespoons of milk.
Sprinkle with the prepared crumble.
Bake in the oven at 180 C for 30-35 minutes.
Everything is ready.
It turned out very nice and tasty.
