Give yourself a big pat on the back as everyone of you watching my videos has made it possible for this to happen, but like i said the channel is not moving to this barn its just for the bigger stuff.......like building a car lift etc lol. Give the tool companies some love and get your Xmas Merch www.colinfurzeshop.com
@Jaye Mitchell No he's renting the space from his buddy they featured at the beginning and all of the tools are free from the sponsors. I very much doubt anything at all here came out of his own pocket except maybe the tea in the drawer. At this point his channel is big enough to support itself with sponsorships.
@- Paper wings Hey I'm happy for him of course. I just find it a bit galling that rich people get so much for free, when they're the people that least need it.
@Grunions what's wrong with making millions? he earned every penny of it, this dude is making good and unique engineering and entertaining content for us to watch and get inspired with for years, and even it's not an educational channel but i learned a lot from him, so what's wrong with it? let me rephrase it again; he's doing what he likes to do and he provide all of us with some good videos to watch, can't be more perfect for him and for us, watched this guy for years, never got disappointed, now finally got his dream workshop, yeah it's an ad, and a good one too, nothing forced toward us and nothing scamming or anything close to that. can't be more happy for a guy like him, it's not like a douche youtuber or anything, he's a good guy with good content for people like us who enjoys this kind of crazy engineering projects a guy who makes a good living doing what he loves to do, we should be happy for someone like him.
I'm weeping watching this. This is indeed THE DREAM! Specially because this man started with just garage tools and a shed, something that everyone can have, and now he's got this awesome workshop.
Love the knipex drawer! My favorite pliers in my collection are the 7" cobras, then a smaller size spanner, and the mini cable cutters. Sexy tools. The rest of your lineup is equally sexy
Amazing set up. I'm loving the whole thing. Hoping I can give you a bit of advice with the laser cutter though.(if you don't already know) when engraving on acrylic, take the protective layer off and put some washing up liquid on the surface, just a thin film. It stops the fumes from leaving marks. Can't see what awesome projects you can come up with.
Colin, I have a confession to make. I grew up on the Internet. I've spent countless hours consuming content left and right. But you know what? You are the only one channel left that I really look forward to the next upload! Keep up the massive work! Seasonal greetings from cold Norway!
Wish I filmed my projects .great stuff love to see that building stuff on the other side of the pond is a thing! Be Careful have fun and keep your cuts straight.the trades need more guys like Colin .I never will work for another company again .being an owner operator is tough but you never build or bid on things you don't like to build.the amount of tools you have access to is great .makes me want to get my channel going I know nothing of filming or editing videos .I may have to give it a go .adding skills to my portfolio is tough.but as many skills I have picked up over the years .I look back and never thought I would have acquired the ones that I'm sought after for.I don't have a drive for whet most people want .new cars fancy condo or snappy clothes .but I can take most things that people would discard and rebuild it and improve it and then it becomes a thing that others want and ask me where I got it done and I simply say .you can do it yourself I did as a hobby I'm no professional.with that and my obsession with buying tools there is no reason Any of us shouldn't be doing for ourselves .thanks for all the inspiration Colin
well done is all I can say, after years of comedy content, steadily progressing in complexity and skill, to some truly epic and amazing stuff in the recent years , you have finally got the shop that you deserve ! cant wait to see what you make in it.!!
I'm having severe tool envy, Colin. I'm also currently building a new maker space workshop and seeing your kit has definitely persuaded me to justify purchasing lavish dream tools and equipment I've always wanted,
@Oliver Hallifax Most definitely, YES! Perhaps an incinerator or just an ignite spark to get rid of the dust? XD I also thought there should be a "shred" cycle with circular saw blades or chain saws ripping through the laundry... You know, the stuff you want to use when you want to give that annoying neighbor "a good washing" hahaha
Hebrews 12:14 Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord. Acts 3:19 Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord, James 2:24,26 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
I just found this channel and holy cow. Everything is just incredible. The amount of work, skills and ambition - absolute tremendous respect. Incredible! I've subscribed!! :-)
Crazy! When you think what he did in his small workshop, he'll compete with SpaceX next week!! Just amazing and I'm so looking forward to all the projects to come!! Merry Christmas!
I very very rarely feel jealous. But this... This is just too much. It's all the things I want in one building. I don't care about supercars or designer clothes or fancy food, but the tools to make anything out of wood, metal, and more, all perfectly organized in one building. That's as good as it gets
It truly is a dream workshop, and I couldn't be happier for you my friend! You've worked hard for every piece of equipment in there, and it's awesome to see you progress from your little shed to the big workshop. All the best!
He is an amazing young man... So talented & mechanically inclined. The subject matter does not get banned by YT either... Win, win, winning!! Great job!
Hi, I’m on the other side of the pond here, just stumbled on your tunnel video. Absolutely am loving it. Only couple of problems I have with you ( just kidding ) you have all kinds of great tools, you are a blast to watch, you are interesting and funny, smart. I’m a hobby machinist , woodworkers, you name it and I’ve got my hands in it. I’m 68 and I am sooo jealous, wish I was smart and fun and talented as you. You are really cool, I enjoy your skills. God has blessed you immensely. Thanks for sharing your passion. Howard
I just ran into your channel last night watching you make that tunnel at your house. You seem like a alright, grateful man. Stay humble and thank you for the inspiration!

***Holà, je suis un jeune passionné de vidéo je me suis donc lancé à fond dans ce domaine, je suis déjà suivi par pas mal personnes mais j'aimerais recevoir quelques avis pour m'aider à m'améliorerr.*** _to my bio💘📲_ love you.....continues to grows
Well done Colin, you deserve your new shop! Been watching you for years, and you've worked very hard to keep it fresh and new. Looks easy watching it on You-tube, but all the time and the editing you put into you videos is 1st grade. Congratulations, can't wait to see what the next 10 years hold for you and your channel. All the best from Australia!
After seeing all these fantastic machines (I only have baby versions of most of those machines), I have to wonder when he is going to make a rocket taking him into space. I feel it is coming! The Moon is on his horizon now! Thumbs Up!
1) I am quite jealous of the setup. I hope to have even a 10th of this one day. So awesome! 2) This was the best video I have seen on TRvid in months if not the whole year and was the pick me up I was needing after watching HackSmith's latest video. 3) Happy Christmas to this amazing man. I hope you have fun and stay safe this year and many more to come!
I love that your always pushing your own boundaries whether with fire and fireworks or moving to a bigger space. I hope you get a simply safe or ring doorbell sponsorship soon so all that stuff is nice and safe.
@Alexa Alexa It took 3 years to build it. It takes a lot of work to build something like that. He did put together a long video showing the entire build, too.
@SpotandJake 100 Yeah, most channels aren't as popular as Colins. He's paid for very little of this build, and this video is basically one big ad for the companies (which is fine).. But you can see why he didn't feel the need to milk the build for maximum views. The value is in the equipment he was given for free, to appear in this video and future videos.
Well, now I can definitely smell a lot of gigantic projects coming from this new workshop, will you do a power armor just like in warhammer 40.000? That would be awesome
I'm officially jealous. Not just for having this awesome space to work in (which I've wanted for YEARS) and all these tools and machines to play with, but also for knowing how to use them all. Nice job Colin - I know this will help you make even madder and more awesome stuff than ever. I'd suggest one early project though should be building a few security systems for the place - some losers on here WILL certainly try to locate it and nick all your stuff. I'm always coming up with mad ideas but never had the tools or the space to try building them (this is the third year I've tried finding my own place and once again current circumstances have stalled it) - maybe I should just send one or two for you to look at. Seems pointless just having them rattling around my head where they're not going to do anything for a while.
The way you sign off from this video is one of the best values anyone can have. Humble! Aware of everything you have and the support you receive and the dreams of others. Top bloke, top channel.

this is my 2nd video i have watched of yours the first was "it took 3 years to dig" tunnel video and i just got more and more into the video the more i watched your energy is contagious. i have always been interested and metal fabrication and watching the tunnel video was great. then seeing you upgrade to a big shop i was excited to see what you were going to do. i cant what to see what you next videos will be going to start watch some of your older videos. great good and love the shop. hope to see you do some tunnel videos where your new shop is as well and set how you are going to park your delorean underground.
Exactly this! So many youtubers stretch it out don't get to the point. He went through a dozen machines within 20 minutes + showed how he built a barn...insane efficiency!
I am Soo Jealous. I guess when you do fun exciting and crazy ass things on youtube, you can really afford all this cool stuff. I can't wait to see what you do with it all :)
I like how he used electronic music for this video at the start when he introduces the new space and then switched to his traditional choice of rock music once he starts construction and demolition
The fact that Colin waited this long to do this shows how true to his philosophy he is. One of, if not THE biggest, TRvidrs in his category, he could have done this year's ago and it would have made his life so much easier. But he's the crazy engineer making contraptions in his shed and he never wanted anything else.
Now that we have checked out everything, (thank you very much for the tour) Please entertain us with your mega projects. Looking forward All the best Colin. Prayers
I wish I could just hang out with u all day and learn how to use all these tools! I love making stuff but don't got the money lol. most my stuff is 2x4 with nails lol all scrap wood haha, made a nice garden tho. I was giving food away to everyone I knew lol, was a good feeling when all said and done. couldn't image how u feel after building all the cool stuff u come up with
So many 'youtubers' would split this out in to a million videos. Appreciate you just smashing it in one. Also love the emphasis on home grown companies.
So will you extend the tunnel system to this barn as well? And since you are planning to have an underground garage, it would be even better if you build a hyperloop to it :D
There's not a comment on here from anyone that doesn't think you've earn't this Colin. You work damn hard and your enthusiasm amazing, so really well done.
Nice space Colin, and some fantastic kit that I'm sure you'll be putting to "good" use ! I particularly like your comment "it's huge, I can't fit this in my garage, it's the size of a car !" Er, Garage, Car ? 🤔😉🤣 The demonstration of the Lathe's torque, did make me laugh out loud too !
