I really wanna know what's the overall total cost of this DIY Hellcat. also this is the most out of scratch car rebuilt I've ever seen.

@Joseph Delacruz nah, i think it's actually cheaper though. It costed him 9 months and probably a decent amount of money. But consider the fact he assembled it by himself and only have to buy spare parts, it can't cost him more than the original price of the car. Besides he had alot of fun building it too.
Joseph Delacruz

It appears he's at work so you save a decent amount there, but considering buying a motor with all parts and accessories he probably could have bought 2 brand new

@Simon Elenor you'd rather let it set, us who like to save vehicles hate to see this beautiful machine go to waste, it spent its life being built, driven and probably had its fair share of BS that always happens. Preserve it, don't make a damn coffee pot out of it.

@Mine Craft Mustang? But no have a look and do some research. Metal does not need to get to its melting point to be weakened.
Mine Craft
Mine Craft 8 aylar önce
@Simon Elenor and yeah this Mustang is not safe anymore but its still A Hellcat🔥
Mine Craft
Mine Craft 8 aylar önce
@Simon Elenor i think your evidence is wrong heating up metals does not make it weak (below its melting point) and for me i wont worry cause imma buy A brand new car. And yeah Welding the parts too much decreases strength.
Simon Elenor
Simon Elenor 8 aylar önce
@Mine Craft Oh and by the way it's not option. I provided evidence that metal gets weakened by fire any person that works with metal knows this. Also reweldijg that much of the car together makes it weaker as well and will never line up the same as before. My final word on all this is to say. If you are too stupid to know about these things when you buy a car then it's on your own head and family that's rides in it. My hope is that when this cars fails no one else is around it.

Absolutely beautiful work and an incredible job well done. I HAVE to assume that to buy a Hellcat is way cheaper than doing what this man did, if not around the same price, and so the only reason I can come up with as to why he would do this in the first place is for the live of the work he does as well as creating great content. I understand this though, I just bought a 21' Hellcat with an Automatic fresh off the lot and I'm planning on swapping the transmission out to a manual because I really didn't want the automatic in the first place, but I had to order it that way if I wanted the car I wanted with all the features and accessories I was looking for. People are giving me a TON of grief over if but I don't care, it's my car and I'll make it what I want it to be.

You all arguing about rebuild value, who cares. Hellcat has high resale value, this hellcat has salvage title so no resale value in reality. It's like buying matching number muscle car for 80k or same one for 8k built basically from parts from other cars with nothing factory matching. I hope he keeps it for the rest of his life, all he'll take big loss on this car if he sells. Bc I assume someone might pay 10k for it.
