This gives me so much nostalgia. I had cold sweat the day of their debut. It was dropping at 10:30am in India and i could barely sleep. The teaser music was so cool and different from their previous (still is btw, PV is one of the kpop's ultimate unique creations) that I COULDN'T calm down.

@gem Blackpink han estado bastante involucradas en este tema de llevar la cultura coreana por todo el mundo a través de su música. Por ejemplo, para el comeback de how you like that, la idea de utilizar los hanbok en el mv fue de las chicas de Blackpink, especialmente de Jennie y Rosé e incluso hablaron con la costurera para modernizar los hanbok y utilizarlos en el mv... Que Blackpink tiene un equipo muy bueno trabajando para ellas es una realidad, pero estas ideas de utilizar los hanboks fueron de las chicas, no de su equipo. Y lo de utilizar este instrumento musical coreano en este mv no me extrañaría nada que hubiera sido idea de Jisoo ya que Jisoo cuando era mas pequeña estaba en un club de música donde tocaba este instrumento.

This comeback is definitely going to have a darker concept just by looking at that iconic visuals and chantings. Blackpink never disappoints. Jisoo in the end cemented Blackpink’s position in the industry that no one should underestimate and even though we didn’t get to see Rosie and Lisa much in the teaser I just know they are going to devour the mv. Also Jennie in red with that fierce facial expression is going to have the serve of the century.
