Phenomenal compilation. Finally a "best in NFL history" vid that actually goes back beyond 2005 to include everything. Almost every amazing play I could think of was included. The only 2 that came to mind that weren't here were: * 1972 AFC Divisional Playoff - Ken Stabler runs for 30-yard TD with less than 2:00 to play to give the Raiders a 7-6 lead over the Steelers, just moments before the "Immaculate Reception". Stabler had 93 yards rushing for his CAREER. About as unlikely an occurrence as has ever happened in the NFL. *1986 Monday Night Football, Oct. 13 - Bengals punter Jeff Hayes runs 61 yards for a TD on a fake punt in the 4th quarter to give the Bengals a come-from-behind, 24-22 win over the Steelers. Greatest fake punt in NFL history.
Guys, Here is our Savior YaH The Heavenly FATHER HIMSELF was Who they Crucified/Pierced for our sins and “HERE IS THE PROOF” From the Ancient Egyptian Semitic: "Yad He Vav He" is what Moshe (Moses) wrote, when Moses asked YaH His Name (Exodus 3) Ancient Egyptian Semitic Direct Translation Yad - "Behold The Hand" He - "Behold the Breath" Vav - "Behold The NAIL"
@Brandon Vasquez yes you can. One man runs faster the other man moves slower. And about the catching that super easy. There’s a magnetic chip in the football. As well as in the gloves. The magnets are placed more in the finger tips. And lastly nfl has already stated they are sports entertainment. Anything that’s sport entertainment is 💯 scripted. Even purchase an nfl ticket and it literally says on the ticket -for entertainment purposes only. Not sure why you wanna think it’s real.. but you believe what you want to 😘
Man, Troy Polamalu is a defensive BEAST! He knew how to time the QB's hike counts perfectly to get quick, demoralizing, sacks! He also had a lot of nice interceptions that were outer-worldly! Favorite plays are the jumps players make over their opponents. So fun to see a defensive player get nothing but air!🤣
So glad to see Dan Connolly's return on there at 33:45. Not a person in the world who can't appreciate a 330-pound man blazing down the field. Also: it's too bad it wasn't in the regular season so it makes sense not to include it, but one of my favorites was the preseason game in 2010 when Gronkowski was brand new to the league. He caught a pass several yards out from the end zone, James Laurinaitis wrapped up his leg, and Gronk simply dragged a full-grown NFL player down the field on his other leg for a touchdown. I'd never seen anything quite like it.
This is why I love to watch every week of the season. Never know when one of these moments is going to happen. Just hope it's never against your favorite team

Still miss Barry Sanders. He was never pretentious or 'look at me' as I strut into the endzone. He would be 30 yards from endzone with noone close to him and he wouldnt let up. Full speed until he was pass the goalline. Then he would casually hand the ball to the ref and jog bag to bench.
I still have to give it to Lynch's Beast Mode run personally, because he broke triple the amount of tackles, did it in all kind of ways and had less speed (and therefore less kinetic power) while doing it. Plus it was in the playoffs and led to a huge upset. That one is still up there though.
That Marvin Harrison catch was unreal...the reflexes required to make that catch off the deflection with one hand and then have the presence of mind to keep both feet inbounds... insane!
outstanding compilation!!, amazing! I just enjoyed every minute it lasted, watching those superb plays that even brought me memories from the years i have been fan of this sport!
10:45 This Marshawn Lynch run against the Saints might be the most impressive run I’ve ever watched!! I watched it in slo-mo and he literally broke 9 tackles on the way to a 67-yd TD!!
That and the run by Henry at about 8:45, absolutely manhandles the first defender from his own 20-35 yard line, drags a 2nd defensive back from the 50 to the opposing 30, bulldozes through a tackle at the 20, then just plain outruns the cornerback who was already flying downfield despite the fact that he was starting from a slow speed after trucking the last tackler.
Great video. There's one l remember. Doug Williams was playing for Tampa Bay, and slipped and threw a TD pass about 40yards..... FROM THE SITTING POSITION!!!! It was officially a 20 or 25 yard pass. But if you look at the actual yards, it was around 30 or 40 yards. Nevertheless,it was a OMG play. See if you can find it.
I love these game breaker receptions and interceptions and long runs after the catch. Still I like to also see the plays where the tacklers square up and decleat someone. There are a lot of great defenders in the NFL who regularly thwart these plays and many times offensive players make huge stops and run down interceptors by knowing how to pursue.
You know what makes this highlight reel so perfect? You don't show all the stupid showboating after the plays. Meanwhile, the networks love to do a slow motion replay of some guy doing the funky chicken every chance they get. You won my subscription.
Very nice collection of plays. Usually collections of "best ever runs," "best ever QB scrambles," etc. are rather wimpy and include only plays from say the last three years. Not so here. These are all wonderful plays and even includes some famous older examples such as the Immaculate Reception and Lynn Swan's famous catch from Superbowl X (1975). Another play you might want to consider adding is Robert Bailey's record setting punt return (the only punt return of his career!). I don't know if the play qualifies as an OMG play, but it is too bizzarre and too funny to be missed. One video of this play is at the following youtube link trvid.com/video/video-WE1V-h0qPzQ.html Announcer: "Wait a minute, what's going on here?"
Good collection. Had my favorite Steve Young and Roger Craig runs. Would've liked to see the long, record smashing QB run by Colin Kaepernick against the GB Packers in the 2012 season's Wild Card playoff. Also, hardly any defensive plays. Would've liked to see some classic Dick Butkus, Ronnie Lott and others' hits sprinkled into all the wonderful offense plays. Don't mean to complain. Excellent compilation.
I remember having an inside the NFL DVD that came with my PS2 in 2001 and that Jason Sehorn interception at 25:00 blew my mind back then. Still does. Good times.
As a Ravens fan there were a lot of years that I hated Polamalu since I had to see him terrorize them at least twice a year. Even then, it was hard not to watch in awe as Troy played. You just hoped that when you saw him go off, it wasn't against your team.
3:38 It shows how insane that Henry stiff arm is that it always gets put on best plays ever list even though it was flagged and didn't count. I still prefer the Jaguars 98 yard run but Henry is insane
One of the most OMG plays I have ever seen involved Tyreek Hill. It is probably not well known because it was an incompletion. Like several of the plays on this video, the ball was batted in the air while the receiver was coverd. But this one was different. Hill landed in the End Zone. The ball landed on his chest. He, very casually, grabbed the ball and either set it down or tossed it to the ref. It was clear that he thought the pass was incomplete. It was also clear that the ref and the defender believed the same thing. However, thanks to TV replay, a close examination of the play showed that the ball never struck the ground. So....Tyreek Hill scored a TD without knowing he did so and the touchdown pass was ruled incomplete and the game moved on. I don't think KC realized what had happened until well after the next play had taken place. That is what made that play worthy of an OMG.
I remember that play. The announcers were in disbelief that it didn't hit the ground. It was basically the Antonio Freeman play, but Hill didn't realize he caught it.
12:06 this is officially scored as a "48 yard offensive fumble return" Steve Young was given an interception but no TD. But Todd Bell has 1 interception for "-1 yards"
Usually with these compilations there's a handful of awesome plays and then some where you're like "how'd that get in here." Damn near every highlight I'm in awe. Great job on this
Maravilloso y espectacular , jugadas increíbles y fantásticas!...Por esto y muchas cosas más!..El Fut Bool Americano es Sensacional y emocionante!..Digno de verlo!👍👍👍
Wow this an amazing 40 minutes! Earl Campbell was a MACHINE! and I think Aaron Rodgers is probably the best quarterback in terms of true ability that ever was (Sorry Tom Brady, Aaron never had an offensive line like you have!)
Hearing Pat Summerall and John Madden again makes me realize how lucky I was to catch the tail end of their commentary careers and how awful the commentary teams have been the last 15 or so years.
That Browns tipped catch on his back in the end zone was absolutely crazy looking. I swear if it hadn't been documented in the game and a stadium full of people watching you'd swear it was one of those youtube videos where they record it and then play it backwards. You know like the old rising up out of the pool clips and things. Of course I can't comment on an NFL plays video without mentioning that Derrick Henry stiff arm when he through Josh Norman off the field and nearly into the crowd. Although he will always be immortalized in pictures forever at least he's not alone. There is quite a long list of players Henry has tossed around like a man among boys. There have been other backs who were big and strong (just not quite as big and strong) but what makes him so different and so dangerous is he can hurt you more than one way. So you can't just straighten up and plant your feet in front of him and give it your all to stop him because if he gets the edge he has crazy speed to take off and leave you. A man his size (basically a Defensive End playing Running Back) simply shouldn't also be that fast, i mean he pulls away from DB's and they are usually the quickest guys on the field. Fun fact Henry had the 6th fastest top speed last year of any player before his injury.
That volley by Joe J to himself was the ultimate we are gonna win this game no matter what. I don't think any team ever would have beat this team on this day.
( They drew it up like that , didn't they? ) Lol ! Hearing the reactions of the announcers as they witness these incredible plays unfolding is hilarious ! What a fun video to watch !
The BEST OMG moments in the NFL are after every TD scored by Barry Sanders. No self glorifying “look at me” celebrations. Simply respectfully handing or gently tossing the ball back to the official. Every time. O. M. G. !!!
This is why the NFL is incredible, the most entertaining sport. Every game you can easily see something out of this world you may have never seen before.
As a Saints fan, Brees is my guy. But if it comes down to a 4th quarter Hail Mary to win it, I’ll go with Rodgers any f*cking day. Dude has the propensity for immaculate long bomb game winners.
My god imagine if Barry Sanders had played for the Dallas Cowboys of that time... he would have had 50,000 yards rushing and 50 touchdowns a year. He would have made Emmit Smith look just OK. Lol Or Buffalo... they might have not lost 4 Superbowls in a row. He was the only thing that gave Detroit any hope at all, the only time in my lifetime the Lions have ever made and won a playoff game. I feel I am super fortunate to have seen him play in person. Its funny how often the Lions are featured on these amazing plays (for their opponents mostly lol) and bad calls/mistakes videos. I think the Lions are the control for the Mob Bookies lol. They are impossible to properly clock. They will look good preseason, then lose every game except one that puts a team just out of playoffs. They lose to worse teams, beat better ones, they will score 7 fields goals in a game, they will be up with less than a minute, 1st and goal and blow it. They make stupid penalties and seem to get the worst officiating. They get statistically good players that just can't get a break... but then go to another team and just own it. Its like its rigged lol. My uncle is a super hardcore Lions fan, and they have ruined Thanksgiving so many times, cus he gets so upset at how stupid the games go and can't let it go. Bad calls, foolish turnovers, mistakes and the occasional amazing play make for some real fan anxiety.
I gotta say Derrick Henry's 99yd td run was more impressive than Dorsett's. Pains me to say it bc I'm a life long cowboys fan and I actually seen Tony Dorsetts' run live.
NFL brings the most unique moments in every sport ~ You're talking about guys weighing from 190-350???? That's what makes it so amazing sport to watch every season - Dallas Cowboys here 😁😃
Wanna know why Troy Polamolu is on the Mount Rushmore of best defensive players in NFL history... just watch this video. I think I've never seen anyone with that kind of timing and feel for the game on defense... ever! Sometimes it felt as if he could predict the future. And I mean... he lined up in the C-Gap and ruined Pat's chance to score a 100% Touchdown... that alone is worth a HOF introduction!
Really nice job. You actually went back and didn't only include plays from the last 10 years, also there isn't some terrible music drowning out the rest of the audio. You earned a sub, great vid, thank you!
You could literally make a 30 minute video of Mike Alstott truck sticking tacklers. He was so underrated as a runner. He might be the last great white rb/fb we might ever see... C-Mac was on that kind of trajectory but injuries have derailed him
I expected this to be the same old plays but there were many I've never seen before. Nice comp! Though if I never see that Wilson interception in the Super Bowl again it'll be too soon.

It’s insane that the man with the most rushing yards and TDs in NFL history AND the man with the most receiving yards and TDs in NFL history aren’t on this list. Maybe longevity means not having the highest peaks of athleticism but the longest sustainable greatness at the craft. :)
In the KC/DEN game where Hall received a punt, scrambled around and ran it back for a TD, there were 3 blocks in the back. I remember watching that live and was screaming at the refs for not calling any of them. I saw the reply and it was obvious to everyone. So when I saw it here, I saw them all over again. At 5:58 you can see number 81 on DEN getting blocked in the back and he was pushed into the player in front of him, so that illegal block actually took out 2 DEN players. And there were two other illegal blocks on that play as well that can be seen in the video. That game was in KC and everyone in DEN was furious that there wasn't a call. The refs missed 3 illegal infractions on the same play! Hall was awesome, but he had a lot of help on that play.
I'm only 4 minutes in, but I'm already tired of seeing my Bills be on the receiving end of so many of these "great" plays 😟 Edit: 14 mins in, still not a single positive Bills highlight...
Oh yeah whoever put this together is a big time Bills hater, neither one of Joshes 2 hurdles are in this. But a clip of a guy running sideline to sideline 15 yards behind the line of scrimmage, just to make it back to the line of scrimmage? Gotta make sure that makes the cut…
I still believe that the "Music City Miracle" was a forward pass. He's well behind the line when he throws it and the receiver's back foot is just barely behind the line when he catches it. And if you go by where the ball is, it's way beyond in front of the line.
That Trapasso touchdown was so pretty on so many levels. He sold that fake handoff beautifully, the Safety Griffin sold his route brilliantly, and then a crucial block from #23 seals the deal. Elsewise that could have been only a 1st down at the 10 or even a strip/fumble because #37 was closing on Trapasso quick. P.S. Anyone else notice Troy Polomalu showed up like 10X on this list? Guy was a football genius. Between his constant acrobatic miracle plays and James Harrison's 100 yard TD in the SuperBowl, it was REALLY fun to be a Steeler fan between 2005 and 2010.
I'm at the beginning of this, but I REALLY hope Brandon Lloyd's catch is on here. The one handed one that got called back on an offensive penalty. Still greatest catch I've ever seen.
